Recreational Gymnastics Program

Lincoln Elite Gymnastics offers a Recreational Gymnastics Program that is designed for children ages 18 months and up. Previous gymnastics experience is not necessary.

Students enroll for a 45 - 55 minute class that meets once per week AND have the option for registering for multiple classes.

The gymnastics instruction features lessons on all of the gymnastics apparatuses (vault, bars, beam, floor), as well as strength and flexibility training. Gymnasts will complete skill progressions while using stations and accessories such as incline mats, folding mats and barrels to assist students as they learn more difficult gymnastics skills.

Each child will progress at their own pace so we have devised a system for challenging the strengths and improving the weaknesses that each student may have.

Our programs are in session year round and we are always enrolling. Students are allowed one Free Trial Class. We can schedule a Free Trial Class during the first two weeks of the month.  This is a perfect time for your child to come try out a class before they enroll. Classes in the program include:

Parent - Tot (18mo - 35 mo)

Mini Elites (3yr - 4yr)

Rising Elites (5yr - 7yr)

Super Elites (8yr +)

Tumbling (8yr+)
