GYMNASTICS CLASSES
Gymnastics Helps Children:

Ages 18-36 months old
One parent is involved in this class with their child. The focus is to improve on gross-motor skills as they rotate between gymnastics based obstacle courses, activities on the bars, balance beam, floor, and trampoline with their parent and a coach.
Not only will your son or daughter improve their gross-motor skill development (hopping, skipping, running, crawling, landing, swinging, leaping, etc) but they also will be introduced to preschool-early elementary social awareness skills (sharing, taking turns, courtesy, following rules, listening and directional skills, etc).
MINI ELITES

Ages 3 - 4 years old
In this one hour class, gymnasts will learn to progress through basic gymnastics activities and stations. They will learn the beginning basics of gymnastics on all four competitive events; Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor.
Vault - running, jumping on the spring board, proper landings, etc.
Bars - hanging, swinging, having in different positions, pullovers, holding front support, etc.
Beam - walking forwards, backwards, sideways, jumping, crawling, turning, kicking, etc.
Floor - rolling forwards, rolling backwards, headstands, handstands, bridges, etc.
ADVANCED MINI ELITES

Ages 3 - 4 years old
Pre-requisite: Coach Invitation
In this one hour class, gymnasts will continue learning through the progressions of basic gymnastics skills but on an advanced level for those athletes showing the desire to excel to the competitive level of gymnastics.
Vault - running, jumping on the spring board, proper landings, etc.
Bars - hanging, swinging, having in different positions, pullovers, holding front support, etc.
Beam - walking forwards, backwards, sideways, jumping, crawling, turning, kicking, etc.
Floor - rolling forwards, rolling backwards, headstands, handstands, bridges, etc.
This class will also introduce advanced stretching and some strength and conditioning activities.
